Yin yoga is based in traditional Hatha yoga but is a very passive practice involving poses that are held for extended periods of time. Poses are done either sitting or lying down and are generally held 4-6 minutes. This passive, introspective practice addresses the deep release of connective tissues and fascial network of the body. Suitable for all levels
