A 90 minute Yin yoga practice that emphasizes long held passive stresses on the deep connective tissues of the body helping to strengthen & stabilize the ligaments, tendons, joints and the deep fascial networks of the body. Yin yoga is a wonderful compliment to a more active hatha yoga practice.
