Designed for those with limited mobility issues i.e. arthritic/painful joints, those who struggle with moving from the floor to standing or vice versa. This may be the class for you. Extremely gentle at a very slow pace. You will experience some basic fundamental (mainly modified) yoga poses with the use of props (including chairs) and the importance of breath/body awareness.
